2. Registration, use and termination of the newsletter
RWE offers interested persons to subscribe to a newsletter. RWE thus offers the opportunity to receive regular information about the RWE shares and the RWE Group by e-mail. This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions, which are accepted by registering for the RWE newsletter.
RWE may change the Terms of Use for this voluntary offer in whole or in part at any time. In this case, the changed terms of use will be notified to the users via the e-mail address provided in the registration process. By further referring to the newsletter, the user's consent to the changed terms of use is deemed to have been granted, unless the user expressly objects. RWE draws particular attention to this approval effect in its change notification. If the user refuses to agree to the changed conditions of use, this will result in the user being deregistered from the newsletter subscription and not receiving another newsletter in the future.
A claim of the user on the newsletter service does not exist. RWE is entitled to temporarily suspend or discontinue the distribution of the newsletter at any time without prior notice.
The termination of the newsletter subscription is possible by the user at any time and without notice. To cancel the subscription, use the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
Termination shall cause RWE to delete the personal data stored in accordance with the deadlines set internally. In the event of termination of the newsletter subscription, RWE will not send any further e-mails with newsletters.
3. Stock exchange data
The stock exchange data contained on the RWE websites and in the newsletter are provided by third parties. RWE is not liable for the topicality, accuracy and completeness of the transmitted information and data. They merely provide the user with an overview of the RWE Group for information purposes, but no suggestion or solicitation to buy, sell or otherwise trade in securities. RWE shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, including lost profits, arising from the use of the information or data found on the UK RWE websites or in the newsletter.
Rights and obligations between RWE and the user of the websites or the newsletter or third parties are not substantiated by the provision of the stock exchange data.
4. Offers from partner companies
RWE cooperates with various partner companies and presents their offers on the RWE websites or in the newsletter. Users of the websites or the newsletter have the option of accessing the offer pages of the partner company via these offers and receiving services there. A contractual relationship is concluded exclusively with the partner company at the conditions stated by the partner company. The content of the offer and the design of the supply side are the sole responsibility of the partner company.
5. Liability
RWE endeavors to avoid technical disruptions concerning the sending of the newsletter and the provision of services offered under the RWE websites as far as possible. However, RWE assumes no responsibility for their availability or failure-free function. Furthermore, RWE shall not be liable for damages resulting from errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission, in the event of faults in the technical equipment and services, inaccurate contents, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way when using the websites or the newsletter even where such damage is caused by RWE, its employees or vicarious agents through negligence.
RWE also assumes no responsibility or liability that the services offered by the partner companies on the RWE websites or in the newsletter comply with the statutory provisions. RWE is not liable for the behavior of the partner companies.
Insofar as RWE itself offers services, the General Terms and Conditions of the respective service-providing RWE Group companies apply, which are available at the appropriate place.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, and save in the event of death or personal injury, or in the event of fraud, RWE shall have no liability to any person for any reason, including in tort, for any loss or damage caused by the use of the UK RWE website or the newsletters or for any reliance placed on them. This shall not affect the statutory rights of any person.

The contents of the RWE websites and the newsletter are protected by copyright.
Unless otherwise stated, the image rights are owned by RWE, as well as iStockphoto LP and Fotolia. Copying and unauthorized use, both commercial and non-commercial, without the prior permission of their respective owners is prohibited.
The duplication of information or data, in particular the use of texts, parts of texts or images requires the prior consent of RWE Renewables UK Developments Limited. This does not apply to text and image material expressly provided for retransmission in the chapter "image database". The RWE newsletter may only be published in full and with the prior approval of RWE. Private, non-commercial forwarding is permitted.
As part of the Transparency Offensive, RWE provides online data and information about the current power generation in its power plant park free of charge at https://www.rwe-production-data.com/en/map.
Such data and information may be reproduced or redistributed in good faith use, always indicating RWE as the source of the data. A change of content or processing of the data is not permitted.
Insofar as brands (names and / or logos) are depicted in the newsletter or on the RWE websites, we point out that they are only allowed to be used by the owner of the respective brand.
7. Final Provisions
Legal claims or legal disputes resulting from the use of the UK RWE websites or the newsletter are subject to the laws of the England and Wales.
