Clachaig Glen Wind Farm received full planning consent in November 2024 for 12 turbines, following a local public inquiry. Since then, the project team has been progressing pre-construction activities, including the discharge of planning conditions.

Latest Update

In February 2026, the Clachaig Glen project successfully secured a Contract for Difference (CfD) in Allocation Round 7 (AR7). This marks a significant milestone in the project’s development. Pre-construction works are progressing well, with full construction mobilisation expected to begin in Q2 2027.
