The site is located between Carsphairn (approx. 11km to the south west), Sanquhar (approx. 12.3km to the North East) and New Cumnock (approx. 10km north).
RWE has received full planning consent from the Energy Consents Unit of the Scottish Government. This approval and marks a significant milestone for the Lorg project and reinforces RWE’s strong pipeline of renewable energy projects across Scotland. We now look forward to working with partners and other stakeholders to further progress the project.
